5 Withdrawal Policy

To withdraw on jya9, your KYC verification must be completed and your account must be verified. Key withdrawal rules are as follows:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳1,00,000.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 5–30 minutes.
• Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing any bonus winnings.

6 Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on jya9:

• Bet acceptance: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — unless jya9 offers a cashout option for that bet.
• Odds changes: If the odds change while your bet is being processed, the updated odds will apply. You may confirm your bet at the original odds.
• Match cancelled: If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• In-Play Bet: In the event of a disconnection during live betting, the outcome will be determined based on the system's recorded data.
• Maximum Win: The maximum payout from a single bet is ৳10,00,000 — unless otherwise stated.
• Accumulator: If one event in a multi-bet is cancelled, that selection will be removed and the remaining selections will be settled accordingly.

Jya9 reserves the right to set maximum limits on any bet and may withhold payment pending investigation in cases of irregular betting patterns.

7 Bonus & Promotion Terms
